You will get paid from $9.99 to $25 dollars for each workout plan you sell.

  • if your workout plan has only photos you get paid $9.99 for each sale.
  • If your workout has video explanations you can get paid $25 to $35 for each sale.

We are going to launch Toptrainersondemand.com on October 17th. After receiving your workout plan we will contact you to polish more your workout plan, we will also set your payment options. We pay weekly. Hope we can make you sell a lot of workouts, we will be doing the marketing and all the web development for free.

Instructions

1.- Demonstrate each exercise. ( The entire workout)

2.- Usually a demonstration of an exercise take from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.

  1. We want them to know what to do or not each day of the week.
  2. They should do your workout plan for one month and then later if they like you, they can buy another monthly workout from you or add a subscription to your channel.

Remember this is online training not a workout plan. That means we are telling them what to do on each day of the week.

Example:

Monday and Thursday: Upper Body, (Demonstrate each exercise with a video or photo.)

Wednesday: Hitt (Demonstrate each exercise with a video or photo, or record the whole workout)

Tuesday and Friday: Lower Body (Demonstrate each exercise with a video or photo.)

Saturday: Walk

Sunday: Rest

Check list:

  • Video talking about my experience, the workout, motivation….
  • Design workout day by day. From Monday to Sunday.
  • Record myself doing the exercises, stretches.
  • Complete the trainers form and upload everything. You are already approved to post your workouts, (limit to 20 trainers). We will work together to promote your workout plans.
  • Wait 24 hours to work on your channel.
