Hiit is one of the best home workouts to burn calories in short period of time. Fit Body Challenge has a variety of different exercises. We don’t repeat workouts, there is always something new to do. We’re going to be switching it up every week to make sure we keep things exciting.

Absolutely, focus in the good form and the tempo. Add more reps if needed or add more weight.
