The Body Transformation challenge is a weight loss and toning program designed to help individuals jump start their fitness. The Challenge is a 4-week long program in which the goal is to lose pounds of fat within that time frame. Each day has a specific goal to achieve. This is the second part and we are adding different exercises and more dificulty.
The Challenge includes Hiit, Yoga, and Weights can be performed at home or the gym.
